1. Why participate?
The first course Data protection officer ANC Authorized conducted in the e-Learning system!
The course has a unique structure, divided into 7 modules that have a heterogeneous structure, including both live online webinar modules with the trainer via video conferencing system, and offline modules that you can watch whenever you want depending on the program and in your own pace of learning. The e-Learning system complies with all European standards and requirements, such as those required by POCA.
Also, the modules will be completed with interactive materials and intermediate tests, which will help you measure your level of evolution, and with elements of gamification, which will stimulate your motivation.
The graduation exam will take place online, according to Order no. 1149/2020 of July 16, 2020, which establishes the fields of activity and the procedure for authorizing vocational training providers to carry out adult vocational training programs online.
2. Duration:
180 hours, distributed as follows:
- 60 hours of theory, with accelerated and applied learning techniques,
- 120 hours of individual practice - practice portfolio (analyzes, policies, applied procedures).
3. Participant profile
The person responsible within the organization for compliance with the rules regarding the protection of personal data, GDPR compliance.
4. Course access conditions
The minimum condition for access to the course, related to the level of studies, is that the participant must be a graduate of higher education with a bachelor's degree.
5. Necessary resources

6. Competences acquired in accordance with the occupational standard
- Informing the organization and the data subjects about their rights and obligations based on the legislation on personal data protection.
- Monitoring the way in which the organization complies with the legislation on personal data protection and the specific standards to which the organization has adhered.
- Issuing recommendations and providing specialized assistance to the organization regarding the interpretation and application of the provisions of the legislation on personal data protection.
- Managing the relationship with the National Supervisory Authority For Personal Data in the field of personal data protection.
- Respecting the principle of objectivity in the field of personal data protection, by identifying by the DPO the situations in which there may be a conflict of interests.
- Ensuring and managing the register of personal data processing.
- Management and coordination of human, financial, technical resources necessary to perform tasks and activities specific to the field of personal data protection.
- Continuous professional development in the field of personal data protection.
- Monitoring the application of tools and methods to improve the effectiveness of the information security management system.
- Analysis and evaluation of the risks of personal data processing.
- Carrying out the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA).

- Detailing and analyzing solutions to the cases you have faced within the organization.
- Practical activities for applying auditing techniques.
- Practical activities for applying the techniques of mapping the work processes and making the Inventory Register - ensuring compliance with art. 30 of the Regulation.
- Online self-testing, in order to prepare for the graduation exam.
- ANC authorized graduation certificate, accompanied by the descriptive Supplement, which certifies the acquired competencies, recognized at national or international level, by apostille, obtained after graduating the final exam.
